The roof of the Military Hospital in Yerevan, Armenia, needed a deep renovation to restore the watertightness and protect the building from external agents and harsh climate conditions.
Why BMI Group?
Roof leakages can compromise the use of a building, in full or in part. When the building is one of the main hospitals of the city, any disruption must be avoided with preventive maintenance. The adoption of reliable solutions is essential for long-term performance.
A combination of bitumen and liquid applied solutions was the ideal choice to refurbish the 4,200 sqm roof. BMI and its partner provided full support during each stage of the project.
