The Project
This new warehouse facility is located in the municipality of Illescas in the province of Toledo. The building owner was looking for a solution fulfilling the requirements of sustainability while ensuring long-term performance.

Everguard TPO is a windproof membrane which can withstand the most diverse climate conditions for a long period of time. The high SRI (Solar Reflectance Index), with a value of 94, improves the energy performance of the building. Moreover, Everguard TPO is easy and quick to install, allowing a significant time-saving.
